A New Level of Luxury & Comfort

Perched directly over the gorge, Elora Mill will provide each of its guests with a unique experience. Enjoy a leisurely meal with vistas over the Grand River, pamper yourself at the spa, explore the natural surroundings through various outdoor activities, facilitate a meeting or corporate retreat at our stunning conference centre, learn how to take simple ingredients from the garden and turn them into a beautiful meal, or simply relax in the comfort of our five star amenities. All of these experiences are available at the historic Elora Mill.

Elora Mill Hotel

The Elora Mill Hotel will offer 30 luxurious guest rooms. The rooms will vary in size (averaging 500 square feet) and design, each unique to the historic significance of the space. Guest rooms are literally perched over the gorge, with the most stunning water views. The rooms will be stylish, ultra-comfortable and fully equipped with quality amenities.

In keeping with the overall philosophy of the hotel, the restaurant will offer fine food in a more relaxed setting or what will be known as “refined country cuisine”. As a company, we are forever striving to be knowledgeable about where our food comes from and to lead the industry when it comes to linking farm to table. This way of thinking is a natural fit for Elora given its rich agricultural/farming location and skilled local purveyors/artisans.

The restaurant space on the main level and the dining/bar space on the level of the Mill building will both have a glass solarium addition for optimum views of the river. The restaurant will accommodate 80 guests with a private dining/bar space on the level below accommodating up to 40 guests.

Packages will be available for companies to book multi-day retreats and conferences, with overnight accommodations and flexible meeting spaces. As a wedding venue, guests will be drawn from Toronto and beyond for a getaway wedding experience in a newly restored historic building with charm all its own.
